How to ride?
It’s pretty simple!
Hold LEO’s handles with both hands, kick the kickstand, place both feet on the board, and push down the throttle on the right handle. In order to slow down or stop, squeeze the brakes on the left handle.
Can I unlock more than one scooter at a time?
We do not offer the ability to unlock multiple scooters from one account. Only the rider on the account is permitted to ride. The holder of the account will be responsible for any damage by third-party riders.
Where can I go?
Wherever you’d like! As long as it’s within the borders of the Polygon, which you can find vividly on the map.
Where and how do I park?
You can park wherever you want! As long as you don’t park on public pathways. The best way to park is next to a bike stand. If there isn’t one available, simply park it on the sidewalk, where it doesn’t block any paths.
Reserve?? What do you mean??
You can reserve a LEO for up to XX hours. No one will take it from you, and you can get it whenever you like it within your reservation timeframe. It costs 0.25 per minute.
The standby feature, and the meaning of everything
You can pause the ride. What does it mean? The clocks still ticking, but for a lesser fee of 0.25 per minute. When using the standby option, you can make short stops without anyone taking your LEO.
LEO is the safest way to get around. LEO is high-quality E-scooter, with a very visible color & It comes with a helmet. Use it, and use only the designated bike lanes.
How much Does a LEO ride cost?
Activating Leo costs 5 Nis, and every minute adds 0.5 Nis to your bill. Using the special features (Reserve or standby) will add 0.25 Nis per minute.
Why can’t I find a LEO shown on the map?
The main reason for not finding your Leo is poor phone reception. Please make sure the reception in your area is good and that you check all the public areas on your location. Maybe your Leo is behind another vehicle? Or near a big structure? If you still didn’t find it, look for another Leo, and let us know by the “Report Missing” button.
How do I unlock my Leo?
When you click the “Let’s Roll” button, the camera screen will appear. Simply locate the camera above the QR code. It’s on the handlebar. If it’s easier for you, you can type in the code as well. Once you did that, your Leo will unlock itself.
How do I pay?
There are many options: you can pay via credit card or PayPal. Simply select your preferred payment method, and fill in your details
I was charged incorrectly! What do I do?

My Leo was stolen! What do I do? Do I pay for it?
You are accountable for whatever happens to your Leo while you are using it. In case of any unusual event, contact us immediately.
I finished my ride and I’m still incurring charges. Why?
That’s very weird, but here is what you can do:
- Please check if you locked your Leo correctly. Still incurring charges?
- Wait at least a minute for the locking process.
- Maybe your phone has bad reception of poor Wi/Fi.
- Try restarting the app.
If none of the above work, go to our Help Center and select “contact us”, and we’ll resolve the issue.
I had an emergency. What do I do now?
First of all, We’re sorry to hear that! If you require medical assistance, call your local emergency service.
Once everything is ok, contact us on XXXXXXXX and we will take of anything else.
My Leo doesn’t unlock
If it’s dark outside, and the camera doesn’t read the QR code, try entering the plate number manually. If the app pops up an “under maintenance” notice, it means you can’t use that particular Leo. Please look for another one. If the QR code is damaged, or the Leo is locked with a private lock, please look for another Leo and report the issue. If none of the above is the issue, simply pick a different Leo.
How do I create a Leo account
All we need is your phone number to create and account. You’ll get a verification code, and once you’ll the code, you’ll have an account. If you want to use Leo (obviously) you’ll have to choose your preferred payment method.
I forgot my password!
If forgot your password, simply click on “forgot password”. We will send you a text message with a link to reset your password.
I’m not getting verification messages
Make sure you’ve entered your correct phone number. If you’re still not getting the verification message, check if you don’t have an SMS blocker, and that you have a good reception at your area. Still not getting it? You can request the code to be resent.
I want to close my account
If you want to close your Leo account, please submit a request and our customer support team will assist you.
You have coupons! How do I get them?
For now, you can get coupons by inviting your friends to use the Leo app. The more people you invite, the cheaper your rides are.
